Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund: Customers are eligible for an 70% refund of the subscription fee if a refund request is made only within 24 hours from the time of payment.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@skylinealgo.in with your invoice details and the reason for the refund request.

Non-Refundable Fees: After the 24-hour period, no refunds will be processed. Any promotional or discounted fees are also non-refundable.

Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method or in requested bank account ( the bank account details should only belong to the originar payer)
